Our Beaujolais wines

Beaujolais village Côtrabas Miolan

www.miolane-beaujolais.com - Coming from a craftsman’s vineyard, some of whose vines date back more than sixty years, on steep slopes with south-east exposure that help ripen the grape, this wine is a lovely deep red colour, almost the colour of garnet. Long tasting in the mouth, with hints of violet, this wine goes down exceptionally well.

Morgon Gérard brisson

www.gerard-brisson.com - A splendid Morgon of ruby colour, whose Noble tradition vintage is aged in oak casks, thus giving it aromas of Morello cherry, cacao and undergrowth.

Côte de brouilly des fournelles

A thoroughbred wine the colour of cherries, which you will find at the same time rounded and delicate.

Château Vaurenard

www.chateaudevaurenard.com - The gold standard. The fermentation begins with whole grapes, then the wine is matured for long months in oak casks. The result is a wine that will develop over years, its ripe tannins destined for perfection. An astonishing wine, which reveals new qualities with each year.

Vin du Beaujolais
These are among our most popular wines, easily maintaining their distinctness; hence perhaps the favourite of the house. The Gamay grape (used exclusively) flourishes as nowhere else, rooting remarkably in the granite soil of the region. It reveals all its potential here, providing for wines that range from light and fruity to those basking in a superb violet colour. Red Beaujolais is the most natural accompaniment to Savoyard cuisine.
